Don’t need mountains

We don’t need mountains…to stay in shape or to encourage us into nature. But it does help…

    There is nothing like hiking among the hills. But in bad weather we can go to enclosed malls and walk around there, up and down the stairs, etc. or use a treadmill, or walk in place while watching television. We all come up with excuses sometimes not to exercise, but there are really none, as exercise is so beneficial. We must all make an effort to take care of our most valuable wealth, our health.
