Healthy connections

An interesting new study adds to the already large body of evidence that strong and supportive social connections are an essential dimension of our natural health and well-being. The latest research examined elders over a five-year period and found that those with strong social connections were 70 percent less likely to develop dementia than those living in relative isolation.
