Though we made this delicious and fancy salad meal for Sunday brunch – the HumanaNatura way and using HumanaNatura’s OurPlate guidelines – it would be just as good any day of the week. You can easily follow our lead! Start with a sautéed fish fillet, seasoned with red onion and garlic bits, turmeric, ginger, lemon, and black pepper. As the fillet cooks, prepare a half-plate of greens with diced orange and a scattering of whole and cut seasonal berries. Combine the two and then garnish this extra-healthy meal simply with pistachios, parsley, coriander, and a bit more lemon and black pepper. Try it yourself, eat healthy the HumanaNatura way, and get that relaxed brunchy-weekend feeling back anytime!
