While the chicken is grilling, a salad base of spring greens and mix of cucumber, red pepper, mandarin oranges, cilantro, and slivered almonds is prepared, all dressed with a Thai vinaigrette. When done, the chicken is thin-sliced, arranged still-warm atop the salad base and mix, and served promptly. Fast, healthy, and tasty – as always, when meals are prepared the HumanaNatura way!
