Digital age coupling

We sometimes get push-back regarding our Personal Health Program discussion of natural human pair-bonding. Though the science on this issue is not fully settled, there is good reason to believe that humans in the wild became at least more monogamous as we became more intelligent (and required more parental care as children to reach adulthood). This model of natural coupling predicts that humans today will prefer and do better with monogamy, even when this behavior is less strongly demanded and acculturated (e.g. since the 1960s in Western societies), and this appears to be the case. An interesting discussion of some recent research and current trends in coupling is available at Digital Age Coupling.

Just better

Some days meals just come out better…simple veggie omelet with mixed greens and berries…garnished with pistachios, parsley, turmeric, coriander, and black pepper…

Sirloin salad

Delicious and easy sliced, pre-cooked sirloin with chopped redleaf and mixed berries…garnished with slivered almonds, parsley, coriander, and red pepper…

How far to walk

We are often asked how far to walk by people seeking natural conditioning. One response we might offer is more than the day before, if we have the time. And if we can walk all day, then our reply might be to walk until we find more awe than the day before…

Thin-sliced faster

Super-easy but impressive salad meal…sauté pork, red and green onion, and slivered almonds with chopped redleaf, julienne cucumbers, and grape tomatoes…garnished with parsley, turmeric, tarragon, and red pepper…

New HN look

We approved work today on a new look for the HumanaNatura website. Though evolutionary, the new design improves readability and navigation, better ties the site visually to our new blog, and prepares us for planned revisions to the website’s content. Look for the new look to go live in about a month!

Opposites attract

Spicy red and green onion omelet with mixed baby greens, a melange of diced mango and strawberry, and a few blueberries…garnished with pistachios, parsley, paprika, coriander, and black pepper…

Beef now & then

Yummy sliced sirloin, red onion, and cut pea pods with chopped redleaf, julienne cucumber, and quartered grape tomatoes…garnished with pistachios, a few berries, parsley, paprika, coriander, and black pepper…

Monday morning

A little fridge foraging and five minutes in the kitchen…spicy seafood omelet with mixed greens, sliced strawberries, and a few pistachios…garnished with parsley, paprika, tarragon, coriander, and black pepper…ready for the week?
