Walk in the park

Our quality of life is greatly improved when we have wild nature near our doorstep. Perhaps for you this means changing doorsteps, or gathering at the doorsteps of local leaders to insist on healthier and more optimal land use policies.

    I am fortunate to live in an area where there are numerous walking trails, rolling hills, and park areas to walk in. Walking is my mainstay as far as fitness is concerned, as I can no longer jog due to hip replacement surgery.
