Need a little inspiration to begin or keep eating optimally the HumanaNatura way and using HumanaNatura’s OurPlate guidelines? Try this fruit and fish salad meal, with fish coming from lower in the marine food chain to make it naturally healthier. This lean and yummy salad meal begins with a fillet of flounder pan-sautéed in a rich herb-infused olive oil, using diced onion and garlic, turmeric, red and black pepper, lemon rind, and parsley. We’ve then paired this lightly-cooked protein with a base of greens with sliced red onion and a melange of diced orange and strawberries. This great and extra health combination needs little else and is garnished simply with pistachios, parsley, anise seeds, and black pepper. Mmmm – get inspired!
