Getting back from summer vacation – as we and maybe you are now – is always a bit of work. Lots to catch-up on and new personal rhythms to establish. But eating healthy the HumanaNatura way and using HumanaNatura’s OurPlate guidelines needn’t wait, and can be as easy and breezy as if you were still on vacation…just keep things extra simple!

This delicious and super-satisfying salad meal was made in less than 10 minutes, and after the quickest of trips to our local market.  It features a fast stir-fry of ground turkey, red onion, and quartered grape tomatoes…seasoned with some garlic bits, a little turmeric, and a dash or two of black pepper. This easy protein and veggie mix is then paired with a half-plate of fresh arugula, julienne celery pieces, orange wedges, a few more quartered grape tomatoes, and a bit of thin-sliced red onion. It’s all garnished simply with parsley, paprika, lemon, and black pepper right before serving. The first of our fall salad meals and one more to-do checked off!
