This delicious and only complicated-looking salad meal was made in under ten minutes with simple ingredients. It starts with a stir-fry of sliced ginger-turmeric pork, diced red onion, and chopped baby broccoli, using cooking oil with just a bit of minced garlic and red pepper added to it. It’s served with our usual generous half-plate of greens, along with sliced orange and diced cucumber and tomato. It’s all finished with pistachios, parsley, paprika, coriander, a little lemon zest, and black pepper. A great, green, and optimally healthy meal!
