If you are thinking rematch, we would point out that even world-class master chefs using the governmental MyPlate approach will begin with a significant disadvantage relative to the OurPlate model. They will be forced to include unnatural, health-limiting, and ecologically harmful monocrop foods like grains and cereals. Relatedly, they will need to make way for bodily-inflaming and hormone-imbalancing beans and legumes. And in the end, they may have inadequate plate space for optimal amounts of health-essential proteins, fats, vitamins, and minerals.

Though we have little doubt that a good chef could make tasty meals with less healthy and natural MyPlate foods, the result of eating this way, especially over time, is far less appetizing. MyPlate is apt to lower our natural fitness, increase our risks of chronic health problems, and promote premature tissue impairment and aging, all while steadily undermining the natural environment upon which we all depend. In contrast to this, attractive, delicious, optimally healthy, and ecologically sustainable OurPlate meals can be made by anyone, quickly and easily, and with no special culinary skills.

So you don’t have to email us for ingredients, this HumanaNatura salad meal features sauteed ginger-turmeric-tarragon sliced turkey breast, red onion and diced carrot, a melange of orange pieces and berries, along with a half-plate of arugula with diced cucumber and cut grape tomatoes…it’s all garnished with a scattering of pistachios, parsley, coriander, a bit of anise, and black pepper Yes, really good!
